As the Specialty week draws to a close, please join us for wonderful evening at the 2009 BCCA Awards Banquet. Come celebrate and show your appreciation for the individuals and Beardies being honored. A cash bar with gold standard premium brands precedes the banquet. Entrée choices for the seated dinner include:
- Champagne chicken — chicken breast stuffed with apple-pear chutney topped with champagne sauce, roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus and baby carrots
- Panko seared walleye served with a lemon caper sauce, wild rice medley, green beans and carrots
- Vegetable strudel — assorted grilled vegetables inside a filo crust with a shallot beurre blanc sauce
- Tender roasted pork loin with boursin cheese, artichokes, roasted bell peppers, gratin potatoes, green beans and carrots, served with a port wine sauce
All meals served with fresh baked rolls and butter, Valley Creek salad (mixed greens with candied pecan nuts, mini corn, green asparagus, grape tomatoes, and choice of honey mustard or raspberry vinaigrette dressing), a choice of dessert (Lemon Mousse Torte or Double Devil (chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream on top of chocolate sauce)) and freshly brewed Starbucks regular or decaffeinated coffee and Tazo tea.
The cost is $48 per person. Reservations should be made on the Special Events portion of the Master Registration Form and are due by September 2, 2009.
